Before and After School Care

We are excited to partner with the Boys & Girls Club of Larimer County to offer an enriching before and after-school program right here at Carrie Martin Elementary!

Program Details

  • Program Name: Boys & Girls Club Program @ Carrie Martin Elementary
  • Days and Times: The program runs Monday through Friday, from 3:10 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
  • No School Days: On select days when school is not in session (such as for Parent Teacher Conferences and Holiday breaks), all-day programming will be held from 7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. at a select Boys & Girls Club school.
  • Closures: The program is closed when school is canceled or when the district cancels after-school programming.
  • Snacks: Snacks will be provided daily.
  • Daily Check-in: All Club members will meet daily in the gym once school is dismissed to check into the program.

Eligibility and Enrollment

  • Eligibility: Students in grades K-5 are welcome to enroll. Club members must be students of Carrie Martin Elementary School to attend this site.
  • Enrollment Status: Enrollment for new Club members is currently open. Current Loveland Boys & Girls Club members are also welcome to enroll their students into this site.
  • How to Enroll: Current and new club members can enroll online at begreatlarimer.org.
    • On the website, click on the "Join a Club!" tab.
    • Select the Carrie Martin site under the Loveland sites.
    • Choose either "New Families or Current Families" to complete the necessary registration forms.
  • Attendance Requirement: Youth who sign up for this program must attend at least three days per week until 4:30 p.m.. Failure to meet this attendance requirement may result in losing the spot.

Activities

The Boys & Girls Club implements a wide variety of daily activities, including:

  • Sports, Fitness, and Recreation
  • Art
  • Homework Help/Academic Learning
  • STEM learning
  • Social Emotional Learning, and much more

A more detailed schedule will be given out during the first week of programming.
